Yann Conil continued his studies at the University of Nice – Sophia-Antipolis (1997-2003).
He holds a master's degree in private law and judicial careers (Master I) obtained in 2001 and a D.E.A (Master II) in private law (2002).
Yann CONIL has been practising law since January 2005.
He was trained by a general practice law firm in Nice, where he worked for nearly two and a half years (2005-2007), becoming known and recognised for his unique approach and expertise in certain specific areas.
During this period, he practiced press law, but also labor law, particularly in litigation, as well as criminal business law, family law, and co-ownership law.
Yann Conil then joined the Grasse Bar, where he worked for an inter-bar firm (Cannes - Paris) specializing in business law (2007-2019).
During these years, Yann Conil developed his skills in many other areas of law, including distressed companies, commercial leases, commercial law, corporate law, and real estate law, as well as the litigation aspects of various legal transactions.
In 2019, Yann Conil joined FM Avocats, a law firm based on the French-Monegasque border and in the United Kingdom.
He was thus able to bring his experience and diverse skills to this multidisciplinary firm, while benefiting from the firm's expertise in both his specialties and Monegasque law.
In May 2025, Yann Conil strengthened and deepened his cooperation with Stéphane Megyeri at MEGYERI LAW VISION.
